Single Session Therapy

Human Dynamics are complex, but solutions to problems can be very simple

In my professional experience, people come to counselling as individuals or couples in a state of confusion and feel totally stuck.

The on going costs of therapeutic support can in itself create stress, and many people participate in programs which often don't deliver the results hoped for.

RHC provides individual counselling, couples counselling, relationship counselling, adolescent and child counselling on a Single Session Basis.

A single session can often deliver the resolutions required, without continually attending counselling to rehash the same concepts and experiences.

Therapeutic Connection

The focus of my work is to develop a strong therapeutic connection with my clients in ways that facilitate and support their personal growth and development.

Therapeutic Lens

Using an integrative, therapeutic approach, my interventions support the client to develop a sense of clarity and control in their lives. With an increased awareness comes greater effectiveness in resolving personal difficulties, an enhanced sense of wellbeing, and more fulfilling relationships with self and others.

Goal of Therapy

Client presentations can include trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, abuse, relationship confusion and feelings of isolation.The ultimate goal of therapy is to build self-efficacy such that the client can draw on their deeper understanding of themselves to create and navigate a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

Fee structure

Single Session Counselling sessions are 90 minutes.

Individual session $200

All fees payable on the appointment day (cash or EFTPOS).

No referral required.
